Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

Please send your package via a traceable method and contact us with your tracking number here: info@joyoyohairbows.com. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and JOYOYO is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
